One-Page Overview of the App
The DesktopConnect App (otherwise known as the Vonage Business Cloud App) can be used to make and receive calls from your work extension even when you're out of the office (what used to be called "twinning"), as well as to manage various aspects of your account.
To download the mobile version: Visit https://www.vonage.com/business/downloads/ and click the link corresponding to your phone type under the "Mobile App" section. Or visit the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple Store (iPhone), search for the Vonage Business Cloud Mobile App, download and install.
To download the desktop version: Visit https://www.vonage.com/business/downloads/ and select "Mac" or "Windows" under "Desktop App Downloads." Alternatively, you can use the app in a browser window by clicking on the "Web App Login" link under "Desktop App Downloads."
To use the app in your browser (must already have desktop version installed for this to work): Visit https://app.vonage.com and sign in if prompted.
You will have to sign in with your Vonage username (this will be your LSC email address) and password.
