Box is our cloud-based, document management system of record. Our desktop computers are no longer part of our backups or disaster recovery plan as we expect all our documents to be on the cloud in Box. Should anything happen to the building, such as fire or flooding, your computer will not be recovered but replaced. Do not save any documents to your local PC/drive.
