In Outlook on the web:

1. Click Settings (Gear Icon)
2. Click “View All Outlook Settings
3. Click Calendar
4. Click Events and Invitations
5. Uncheck “Add online meetings to all meetings”

For Outlook 2016:

1. Click File
2. Click Options
3. Click Calendar
4. Uncheck Add online meetings to all meetings
