How to Change your Okta Password
Every three months, your LSC/OKTA password expires. It is important that you change your password BEFORE the expiration date, especially if you teleworking. If the password expires, you will be locked out of the account and will have to call IT to help you regain access to your applications. Ten days before your password expires, you will start receiving daily emails reminding you to change your password.
For Users That Have Laptops and Docking Stations:
Please note that when you change your password in OKTA, the password on your laptop will remain the same until you dock your computer at the office. This happens because the password for your computer is managed by a server that is located in the building. Since you are not directly connected to LSC’s network, the recent update to your password will not sync to your laptop.
