How to Manage Sent and Received Adobe Sign Documents (formerly Adobe Sign Dashboard)

This article explains how to view documents you have sent or received through Adobe Sign, see their status and history, set reminders, cancel agreements, and generate an audit report for them, among other options. Instructions for the desktop version of Adobe DC are shown first, followed by the online version.

What happened to my Adobe Sign dashboard?

An update by Adobe integrated the functionalities of the dashboard into the Home screen.  See https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/new-send-for-signature-experience.html  for details.

Instructions for the Desktop Version:

Open Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on your desktop.  (You can do this by clicking the desktop icon, or by searching in the Start menu.  Sign in with your Adobe ID if prompted)

Under the Home tab, click "All Agreements" (#1 in the image below)

To select the document you would like to manage, find it in the list and left-click on it once (#2)

The Preview pane (#3) will display a preview of the document

With your document selected, you will now see a range of choices in the right-hand pane.  These are:

x of x Completed (#4): Click here to see who has signed and who has not signed yet

Activity (#5): See a history of  who created, viewed, or signed the document, and when

Reminders (#6): Compose an email to the next signer with a customizable reminder message.  Click "Send" when done.

Audit Report (#8): View a pdf report with details about the agreement history.

Note: The available options may not be the same for every document.  For example, documents still waiting for your signature will have a "Sign" button that will let you sign them, and Drafts include an Edit button.
