Citibank Credit Card form Completion

If you travel on a regular basis, or will be making purchases on behalf of the corporation, you will need to apply for a credit card.

You will receive an email invitation from the program coordinator from the Office of Financial and Administrative Services that will allow you to apply for a card.

Instructions to Apply for Card

  1. Log onto  https://home.cards.citidirect.com/CommercialCard/ux/index.html#/login
  2. Click on Apply for Card
  1.  Select  Invitation Passcode
  2. Click Continue
  1. Enter Code
  2. Enter invite email address
  3. Click Continue
